Beauty is power and make up is something that really enhances that; it's a womans secret.

  I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better makeup artist than Shel. She made me look absolutely flawless on my wedding day yet I still looked like me. just the most radiant, polished version. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she really listened to what I wanted.

Shel brought such a calming, relaxed energy to the morning, which made the whole getting-ready experience so special. 

She also did my bridesmaids’ and mum’s makeup, and every single one of them looked stunning. I felt so beautiful and confident all day, and I owe a huge part of that to her.

I’d recommend Shel to absolutely everyone, she’s truly amazing at what she does.

  I first had a bridal makeup trial with Shel, where she patiently listened to all my ideas & we tried a few colours to arrive at the look I love, which she later showed me under a flashlight(which made it look even more fabulous). I had gone for a middle eastern (Arab) bridal look.
On the day Shel did my makeup just as amazing as the trial (actually better), did my mother’s makeup, and absolutely transformed my aunties look into something out of a movie! She was so patient with all of us even though we had to stop several times during the process.
Not only that, she ALSO did my cousins eye makeup (which wasn’t even arranged) and stayed for at least an hour extra, touching me up several times in between my photo shoot and up until I walked into my reception. I felt so well taken care of & special. I can honestly say she was absolutely incredible & would recommend her to anyone.

  Shel is truly one of a kind, and I would 1000% recommend her to anyone. My daughter Macey suffers from eczema and was quite anxious about having a full face of makeup for prom. But Shel went above and beyond to make her feel completely at ease. She carefully talked Macey through every product she used, checking in after each application to ensure her skin felt comfortable and calm.

Macey wanted a natural look with a bit of pop around the eyes — and that’s exactly what Shel delivered. The result was absolutely beautiful, and most importantly, Macey felt confident & comfortable.

From her consultation to my makeup trials for both days till the big day, Shel just made the whole makeup experience a positive journey!   Shel corrected some work I had previously done by another makeup artist & I’ve NEVER looked back! Shel is talented & enthusiastic & you can see by her work her skills. It's clear she has passion & cares for what she does & I think that always shows in her work. Shel has such a variety of products & huge knowledge behind makeup itself which allows her to work on so many different skin types. I’m always confident Shel will create the look I want, most importantly Shel knows exactly what works best for my skin. Shel is always accommodating around times/dates that I’ve needed. My makeup always lasts 24hrs. People are always complimentary of her work. I’ve had my make up done by many makeup artists prior Shel, but now that I have, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Not only fantastic makeup skills but an amazing person who always makes me feel comfortable. Not only the best but also very clean and hygienic! Brushes are always clean! You'd be crazy to go anywhere else!

OCCASION MAKE UP  

Shel applied my make up ahead of a night out. Was a bit worried as never had my make up applied by anyone but myself before.
When she told me to look in the mirror afterwards I was a bit hesitant, but my god the makeup looked amazing. My eyes stood out like 2 blue headlights.
She was very gentle and professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a bit of pampering and that extra special touch for a special occasion.

    Where do I start with how amazing Shel is as a makeup artist. She's an amazing, friendly, professional and patient makeup artist with exceptional talent. Once having my trial a year prior, Shel still managed to keep in contact and arranged to meet 1 month prior to discuss the final details. She arrived with amazing Charlotte Tilbury creams and face masks which she kindly gifted to me to prepare my skin on the run up to the wedding and offered great advice on how to keep my skin and completion clear. Shel arrived the night prior to the wedding to set her equipment and products up, allowing her to dedicate all her time on the following morning to beautifying 1 bride to be, 6 bridesmaids, 1 mother of the bride. However, she even made time make my 4 year old flower girl feel like a princess, gifting her with a lip gloss for the day which she was over the moon with. She made us all look amazing on the day and her choices for each bridesmaid were so complimentary of their complexions and still matched the colour of the dresses beautifully. Shel was such a pleasure to deal with, from the moment she arrived with her assistant (who is her very good friend and also such a friendly lady who was so easy to talk to and made me feel so calm on the morning) Her friend was prepping all our faces with creams and primers prior to taking the chair with Shel. It didn't feel at all that I’d only met Shel a few times before it really felt like I was talking to a friend and she fitted in with my closest friends and family like we'd known her for years. Thank you Shel for making my already perfect day even more special. You are truly talented and I hope I have an occasion coming up soon when I get to use you again xx

  Shel has a real passion for makeup and is brilliant at creating looks that suit you. This makes you feel mega confident especially if like me you are not used to wearing a lot of makeup. It can be daunting, however Shel takes her time to listen to what you want and tailor it to suit you. Because of her enthusiasm she takes time to also explain what each product does and gives you tips for you to try yourself. Amazing, talented and will make you feel really comfortable and confident. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

      Myself and my Bridesmaids had our makeup done for my wedding by Shel. I couldn't recommend a better lady to do it. Through my trial to the actual day Shel took the time to explain the makeup she was using,& giving helpful suggestions. I had my wedding make up done by Shel! One word, AMAZING! She arrived early to set up, she was on hand to help with anything I needed even though she was our make up artist. She was friendly, polite, professional and helpful. I couldn’t of asked for more. Our make up was absolutely flawless! We had so many compliments!         Shel did mine and 6 other bridesmaid’s make up at the weekend, plus our bride-to-be’s! The makeup was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend Shel, she was so professional, came round the night before to set everything up and got through 8 of us in the morning - all looking absolutely stunning. The makeup stayed on the whole day and evening - everyone was complimenting me on how lovely it looked! She was even on hand after the ceremony to top us up with bronzer & lipstick, not that it needed much topping up. Definitely use Shel if you need occasion make up you’ll be more than pleased!! 11/10

  I recently had Shel do my bridal makeup and bridesmaids makeup for my wedding! What a star she was! Amazing time keeping amazing organisation with 9 faces to do! Amazing makeup! Everyone loved it! The comments from guests all day was just lovely! Shel topped up our makeup all day to make sure me and the bridesmaids faces didn’t budge due to the emotional tears!
